When I learned that there is now a workout based on trampolines, my inner child was over the moon. However, I couldn’t help but question whether it would test my boundaries. Trampolines are, after all, only for fun and games.

BBOUNCE box
First-timers are not permitted to use it. Before enrolling in this program, participants must complete at least 30 sessions of BBOUNCE Lite and 15 sessions of Level I – Hybrid Rebounding. a kickboxing and rebounder combination. Box to club tunes while bouncing, sweating, and grooving.
T-1 box
