Placing order online
Though you can visit any Four Leaves Cake retail outlet to purchase cakes off the shelves on a walk-in basis, the signature cakes are available for online orders. Four Leaves Cake aims to provide their customers the supreme experience of oven-fresh cakes, which is why their signature cakes at the retail stores are prebooked to be collected within the same day they become available at the retail outlet.
Four Leaves Cake only takes orders online and on a walk-in basis; no orders on email or phone. To place an order, you have to visit the official Four Leaves cake website and sign up for a membership (if you don’t have one.) Then log in through your credentials, scroll through the Four Leaves Cake menu and then choose your cake, select your pickup location, date, and time of delivery, and that’s about it! Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address that you have provided in your membership portal.
You can change the items, increase their quantity or delete the items placed in your shopping cart before you have proceeded to the checkout. In case you have placed the wrong order, you can write an email to cancel your Four Leaves cake order online. Do note that you must cancel your order two days in advance (not including the date of collection.) In case the order is canceled within two days of collection, Four Leaves Cake will not compensate any refunds.
Does Four Leaves Cake offer delivery services?
Currently, due to the overwhelming number of customers purchasing cakes through stores, our principal goal is not to keep our walk-in and prebooked customers waiting in never-ending queues, which is why Four Leaves Cake delivery is out of the question. All customers have to pick up their orders themselves through the outlets after selecting the desired pickup date and time via the website upon checking out.
Note: the operational hours are between 11 am to 9 pm, but you will be allocated a time slot of two hours, within which you can collect your order, as per the availability. Don’t forget to bring a printout of your email confirming your order. However, suppose the customer fails to pick up the order by the time the retail outlet closes. In that case, the products will be disposed of, and the customers will not be compensated with any refund or a replacement order.
When will you get your order?
For orders booked online, at least two working days are required, with a daily cut-off time of ordering at 23:59. Four Leaves Cake will not take any pre-orders after the cut-off time has elapsed. Whereas the advance booked, orders are available within 14 days of their collection date.
